Manage end-to-end HR projects ensuring delivery within agreed time, budget, and quality parameters, including large-scale or multiple smaller projects.
Lead distributed project teams across multiple locations and maintain strong relationships with FNZ directorates, HR, and transformation program office at senior levels.
Own risk management, project governance, reporting, operational readiness, and post-implementation reviews for HR change initiatives in a UK-regulated financial services environment.
Experience managing business-critical HR projects within UK regulated financial services, preferably investment/wealth/life sectors.
Qualification such as CIPD, Honours degree, masters, MBA or equivalent experience mandatory.
Proven skills in project management methodology and ability to manage multiple stakeholders up to executive levels.
Work Experience Required: Significant experience leading HR change delivery in regulated financial services environments.
Demonstrated ability to influence and coordinate across matrix, global environments with multiple stakeholders including executive leadership.
Strong analytical and organisational skills with a delivery-focused, independent working style suited to client and governance-heavy settings.
Experience working within compliance-heavy UK financial services sectors and managing 3rd party suppliers in HR change contexts.
