Experienced in managing complex quote-to-cash and provisioning workflows in multi-product SaaS environments with strong operational and analytics skills.
Skilled at integrating AI capabilities into enterprise operational workflows and building automation that reduces manual touchpoints.
Capable of leading cross-functional initiatives and communicating with senior leadership to drive product improvements and operational resiliency.
