Strong knowledge of financial instruments, accounting concepts, and ability to resolve complex reference data issues.
Experienced in end-to-end reference data operations with strong front-office understanding and ability to interface with clients.
Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring a specialized reference data team with governance oversight.
Capable of independently driving data strategy, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a financial services environment.
