Own the administration, configuration, and optimization of the VisiQuate Revenue Cycle Analytics and Workflow platform to support Revenue Cycle Management stakeholders.
Manage platform user access, data validation, reporting accuracy, and coordinate testing and deployment of platform enhancements.
Serve as primary liaison between Revenue Cycle teams, IT, and vendor; provide Tier 1/2 support, training, and documentation for platform users.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
5+ years experience administering or supporting enterprise business applications, preferably analytics or workflow platforms in production.
Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management processes and experience working directly with business stakeholders.
Must work onsite in Vadodara office, MID SHIFT hours (5:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST), remote applicants not considered.
Experienced platform administrator with hands-on expertise in Revenue Cycle Management analytics and workflow tools, ideally VisiQuate or similar.
Able to act as subject matter expert with strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with healthcare analytics, BI platforms, Agile delivery, and vendor/change management preferred for success.
