Manage and coordinate global support and oversight for investment data, cash management, and production issue resolution within IDS Portfolio Services.

Able to navigate multiple stakeholders across functions and regions, demonstrating subject matter expertise in investment data management and operational risk.
Capable of driving consensus and improvements through structured communication, project management, and process optimization in a global, matrixed environment.
