Experience with business applications such as Charles River and Aladdin is required.
University degree in Finance or Business or equivalent; MBA and CFA or professional accounting certification are assets.
Experienced leader with a proven track record in managing cross-functional, global investment services projects and issue resolution.
Deep understanding of investment operations and ability to liaise effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders including custodians and fund accounting vendors.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical, facilitation, and project management skills capable of driving continuous improvement and mentoring distributed teams.
