Own and manage L2/L3 production support for MS BI applications, ensuring SLA-based issue resolution and incident management.
Develop, support, and optimize SSIS packages and ETL processes along with SQL Server performance tuning and query optimization.
Coordinate with business, development, and infrastructure teams for production support and deployments and participate in on-call and rotational support.
Monitor application and database health for high availability and performance.

Technically skilled in SQL Server ecosystem with additional knowledge of C#/.NET, ASP.NET, Web APIs, JDA, Azure DevOps, or Git considered a plus.
Able to communicate effectively and coordinate across business, development, and infrastructure teams for smooth deployments and support operations.
