Oversee and execute data remediation analysis for customer issues across global retail consumer banking, identifying impacted customers and dollar amounts.

Experienced in cross-functional coordination and managing data-driven remediation projects in retail banking.
Comfortable working with complex data tools and analytics platforms to produce actionable business insights and support audit requirements.
Experienced in communicating complex analytical findings clearly to management and stakeholders, with strong process management skills.
