Own and manage the Microsoft Fabric data analytics environment including workspaces, capacities, and security.
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, models (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers), and Power BI dashboards to support business decision making.
Implement data quality checks, monitor performance, and collaborate with business stakeholders for requirements and insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI development and data modeling.
Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric components including Lakehouse, Dataflows, Pipelines, and SQL.
Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), semantic and dimensional data modeling.
Experienced in independently managing a full data analytics platform leveraging Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
Strong data engineering mindset with knowledge of data quality, version control, CI/CD, and monitoring in an Agile environment.
Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing data is a plus but not mandatory.
