Own and manage Reward and Benefits technology modules in Workday and related HR tools, including vendor relations, change request governance, and deployment of system enhancements.

Strong AI fluency and product thinking, with solid knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals and experience managing AI lifecycle in product environments.
Experienced in managing complex HR technology systems within a global/matrixed organization environment, ideally with Workday certifications in Advanced Compensation, Core Compensation, and Workday Benefits.
Capable of translating business problems into AI use cases and leading implementation of AI-enabled HR solutions.
Proven ability to collaborate across HR functions, IT, and vendors to deliver technology solutions enhancing user experience and operational efficiency in HR domains.
