Execute and coordinate Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) and Critical Facilities Systems (CFS) projects specifically for Data Center facilities.
Manage installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project execution of IBMS, CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), Fire Alarm & Life Safety Systems.
Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution including monitoring schedules, quality, and safety compliance.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in IBMS/CFS project execution, with mandatory experience in Data Center projects.
Hands-on experience with IBMS, CCTV, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and Building Automation Systems (BMS).
Must be able to independently manage site activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Experienced in large-scale Data Center projects execution with strong familiarity in ELV systems integration and commissioning.
Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end project execution including testing, commissioning, troubleshooting.
Clear communicator with coordination skills capable of working across diverse teams and willing to travel to project sites as needed.
