Execute and coordinate IBMS and CFS projects specifically for Data Center facilities, managing installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of IBMS, CCTV, ACS, Fire Alarm, and Life Safety systems.
Manage project schedules, quality standards, safety compliance, and coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and deliver technical documentation, testing and commissioning reports, support site surveys, system integration, customer acceptance testing, and provide regular project progress updates.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IBMS/CFS project execution with mandatory exposure to Data Center projects.
Hands-on experience with IBMS, CCTV, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and Building Automation Systems including testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently managing site activities and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Experienced in large-scale Data Center projects with strong expertise in IBMS and ELV systems integration and commissioning.
Capable of independently handling end-to-end project execution with strong communication and coordination skills.
Willing and able to travel to project sites as required by business needs.
