Design, develop, and implement scalable Master Data Management (MDM) solutions on the Reltio platform focusing on data models, entities, Lifecycle Actions (LCA), and match/merge rules.
Develop and support Python-based custom logic, API integrations (REST/SOAP), and real-time and batch data pipelines using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), Databricks, and SQL/PySpark.
Collaborate with data engineering and business teams to ensure data quality, governance, lineage, and performance optimization across Pharma/Life Sciences MDM processes.
3-5 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) with strong hands-on Reltio platform expertise.
Proficiency in Python programming, SQL, PySpark, and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
Experience in Pharma/Life Sciences domain including HCP/HCO mastering, Affiliations, Product/Material Master.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experienced in end-to-end Reltio MDM implementations and operations, especially within regulated Pharma or Life Sciences environments.
Strong technical background with hands-on skills in Databricks, Airflow, Gitlab, and Unix/Linux environments supporting large-scale MDM transformations.
Ability to manage complex data integrations and implement match/merge survivorship strategies aligned with business needs and compliance requirements.
