Lead design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure including switches, routers, wireless, WAN, and load balancing.
Manage end-to-end circuit lifecycle and ensure high availability, security, and performance of global network environment.
Provide 24x5 weekend on-call support (rotational), mentor junior analysts, and conduct root cause analysis for complex incidents.
5+ years experience in Network Operations/Support in large enterprise or global GCC environment.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or equivalent.
Expertise in Cisco/Arista switching and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, QoS), enterprise wireless networks, F5 BIG-IP administration, and SD-WAN operations.
Willingness to provide 24x5 weekend on-call support on a rotational basis.
Experienced in handling complex network infrastructure including wired, wireless, load balancing, and SD-WAN in large-scale global or enterprise settings.
Strong analytical and leadership skills demonstrated by mentoring juniors and managing critical incidents.
Familiarity with network automation (Python/Ansible) and cloud networking concepts (AWS/Azure) is a plus but not mandatory.
