Lead analysis and delivery of complex credit risk transformation projects focused on Counterparty Credit Risk, Traded Products, and Credit Risk infrastructure.
Manage and coordinate SMEs, technical experts, and analysts to deliver project outputs on time and within scope.
Drive stakeholder communication and prepare senior management presentations to support decision-making and strategic alignment.
6-8 years experience in financial industry/risk management, preferably credit risk functions.
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or comparable qualification.
Experience in project management including Agile Transformation methodology and managing large-scale regulatory and business change projects.
Mandatory knowledge of Credit Risk Management processes including credit concepts (PD, LGD, EAD, ECL), and regulatory frameworks (CRR, Basel II, III & IV).
Experience working on complex projects involving credit risk, regulatory approval, and technology change within financial services.
Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior management.
Proven ability to manage program risks, dependencies and collaborate across multiple teams in matrix and virtual environments.
