Ability to support alternate global time zones (North America, EMEAI, LAA, APAC) required.
Experienced in independently managing and executing business process improvement projects within supply chain or customer service contexts with measurable outcomes.
Skilled in using data analytics and digital tools for decision-making and driving process automation.
Able to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional, matrixed global teams, balancing autonomy with adherence to standards and governance.
