Design, develop, and implement scalable Master Data Management (MDM) solutions on the Reltio platform, including data models, lifecycle actions, and API integrations.
Develop and manage event-driven data processing workflows, match/merge rules, survivorship strategies, and data quality enforcement to ensure accurate golden record creation.
Collaborate across teams to support data ingestion, governance, stewardship workflows, and ensure data lineage and compliance, while optimizing Reltio implementations performance.
5-8 years of professional experience in Master Data Management, specifically with Reltio MDM platform.
Strong proficiency in Reltio configuration, Lifecycle Actions (LCA) development, Python programming, SQL, PySpark, and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
Domain experience in Pharma/Life Sciences, including HCP/HCO mastering and Product/Material Master.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experienced in end-to-end Reltio MDM implementations and operations in regulated Pharma/Life Sciences environments.
Proficient in working with Databricks, Airflow, GitLab, and comfortable with Unix/Linux environments for data processing and performance tuning.
Able to handle large-scale MDM transformations, coordinate with multiple downstream systems, and maintain compliance and data governance standards.
