Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for Finance and business analytics (Orders, Revenue, Shipments, Backlog, P&L).
Build and optimize data models using DAX, Data integration from SAP ECC, SAP HANA, Snowflake, Fabric, Excel, etc., ensuring data accuracy and report performance.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Data Engineering teams to support forecasting, variance analysis, and automate reporting frameworks.
5–8 years of experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (including data modeling, advanced DAX, Power Query).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science) or Computer Applications (BCA/MCA).
Candidate must be based in Gurgaon or New Delhi; role is hybrid with 3 days/month office presence in Manesar (Afternoon shift 1 PM – 9:30 PM IST).
Experienced in Finance analytics with exposure to financial datasets like Revenue, Orders, P&L.
Proficient in SQL and advanced Power BI tooling (DAX Studio, Tabular Editor) with ability to develop enterprise-grade executive dashboards.
Operates well in cross-functional teams including IT and Data Engineering for data integration and report automation in hybrid work settings.
