Lead end-to-end delivery of global business management and transformation projects, including governance and operational improvements.
Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and escalations while delivering executive dashboards and reports for portfolio visibility.
Partner with senior stakeholders globally and support resource planning, capacity tracking, and process improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Finance, Business, or Project Management.
8+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, or PMO environments; financial services exposure preferred.
Willingness to travel and relocate across global delivery locations as required.
Project Management certification (PMP or Prince II) is a plus but not mandatory.
Experienced in managing complex, multi-location transformation projects with strong project governance and resource management skills.
Ability to collaborate with global senior stakeholders including operations, finance, and leadership teams.
Comfortable leading teams and mentoring junior project staff, while driving standardization in project management methodologies and reporting.
