Lead and deliver global business management and transformation projects end-to-end within CFS Business Management.
Drive governance, executive reporting, and portfolio visibility including risk and issue management with timely escalations.
Partner with senior stakeholders globally and manage project resources, capacity, and continuous process improvements.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Finance, Business, or Project Management).
8+ years experience in project management, business transformation, or PMO, preferably in financial services.
Project Management Certification (PMP or Prince II) is a plus.
Willingness to travel and relocate to different global delivery locations as required.
Experienced in managing complex, cross-regional transformation programs and PMO functions in financial services or related sectors.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to engage senior leadership globally.
Demonstrated ability to lead project governance, reporting frameworks, and team management under tight timelines.
