Lead and execute strategic IT infrastructure projects from initiation through implementation and transition to business-as-usual operations.
Manage multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously, developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, RAID logs, schedules, and resource plans with cross-functional teams.
Coordinate with engineers, IT Security, Implementation Managers, and business stakeholders, ensuring project milestones, risks, and issues are communicated to senior leadership and compliance with IT governance and operational standards.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT project management.
At least 5 years of project management experience, specifically managing projects.
Ability to work remotely with availability to be present at the IT Delivery Center facility as needed.
Work shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
Experienced in leading IT infrastructure-related projects, preferably with knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and GxP compliance relevant to analytical testing laboratories.
Demonstrated capability managing project teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
Skilled in stakeholder communication, risk management, and driving governance and compliance in complex IT project environments.
