Lead and coordinate complex analytics projects with minimal support, ensuring high-quality standards and effective storytelling with data.
Manage and develop a small analytics team (1-2 analysts), including conducting regular 1-on-1 coaching and overseeing workstreams.
Drive improvements in analytics capabilities and team operations through knowledge sharing, training, and process enhancements.
5-7 years overall experience in data management with at least 2+ years of technical expertise in Python and Microsoft Azure services (including Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory).
Experience in data modeling and translating business requirements into functional/technical specifications.
