Own the end-to-end customer value journey in Healthcare & Life Sciences accounts, translating operational data into strategic business outcomes using Celonis Process Intelligence.
Lead value identification, realization, and scaling by conducting value assessments, facilitating workshops, and driving adoption and expansion of Celonis within customer organizations.
Act as the primary execution expert and trusted advisor for customers and sales teams, responsible for delivering measurable business impact and growth in key accounts.
9+ years experience in analytical roles demonstrating business value via data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment, ideally with experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Consulting in SaaS or Enterprise environments.
Experience with business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle), process mining tools preferred, hands-on SQL and Python preferred, and collaboration experience with IT teams.
Strong project management skills managing multiple projects and timelines across accounts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with experience communicating value roadmaps to C-level stakeholders.
Background in bridging process mining technology to strategic business outcomes in Healthcare & Life Sciences or related industries such as Supply Chain, CPG, BFSI, or Manufacturing.
Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments including working closely with sales teams, customers, and ecosystem partners to drive enterprise-wide change.
Experienced in customer-facing roles with deep analytical, consulting, and value realization expertise, able to architect solutions and scale adoption of advanced analytics platforms.
