Lead end-to-end program strategy and execution for large-scale data migration and data refresh initiatives across 35-40 applications focused on Lead-to-Cash and Quote-to-Cash systems.
Develop and scale Quality-as-a-Service capabilities to improve developer experience by standardizing testing and data operations into a scalable, self-service model.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder management including engineering, QA, platform, security, and business units; manage program governance, risk, and vendor relationships.
Minimum 8 years technical program management experience, with at least 3 years managing large, multi-team programs involving data migration, environment management, or platform/DevEx initiatives.
Experience managing programs across large application portfolios (20+ applications) in enterprise IT environments.

Solid technical competence in data migration concepts (ETL, data mapping, reconciliation, masking/anonymization) and modern CI/CD or environment-management tooling.
Experienced in designing and building new operating models for large-scale, multi-team technical programs rather than only maintaining existing programs.
Capable of influencing senior engineering teams and executives without direct authority, translating technical complexity into business impact.
Background bridging software engineering and program management, comfortable engaging with technical architectures and senior engineers.
