Lead planning, coordination, and control of interior fitout projects (MEP/Civil) from inception to completion in Gujarat and Mumbai.
Manage project budgets, master programme, compliance, risks, and change control to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
Oversee site contractors, ensure quality standards, client satisfaction, health & safety compliance, and coordinate project handover and closeout.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or MEP.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in interior fitouts involving MNC clients, architectural firms, MEP consultants/contractors.
Experience handling IPC, cost consultancy, or design firm responsibilities with direct report oversight is needed.
Location requirements: Must be able to work in Gujarat & Mumbai regions.
Experienced in managing complex interior fitout projects involving civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works with multinational clients.
Capable of leading multi-stakeholder coordination and contract administration, including budget and risk management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to proactively identify and address project risks, ensure compliance, and maintain client satisfaction.
