Own end-to-end delivery of core microservices for Rates trade booking and storage, including technical design, hands-on Java development (60-70%), CI/CD, production readiness, and operational support.
Engineer services for high availability, strong data consistency, high throughput; design and implement service interfaces using gRPC/Protobuf and streaming (e.g., HTTP SSE).
Drive engineering culture improvements through design/code reviews, automation, observability, incident learning; collaborate with Product Owners to deliver user stories iteratively; build lightweight UIs for trade enquiry and operational workflows.

Experience influencing engineering culture in fast-paced, collaborative environments without formal management responsibility.
