Oversee and execute day-to-day global Material Master Data Governance operations, ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance (GXP, SOX, PII).
Design and manage data workflows, lead data cleansing, conversion, validation activities, and support integration across IT and business platforms.
Lead mid-sized projects, own documentation (SOPs, WIs), coordinate audits, and act as a key liaison for master data processes and governance meetings.
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 6+ years of business experience.
At least 3+ years managing data within large ERP platforms, specifically handling finished, semi-finished, raw, and packaging material master data.
Strong Excel and data visualization skills (e.g., PowerBI); knowledge of data governance and compliance (e.g., GXP).
Experienced in Material Master Data management within global ERP systems, preferably SAP S4 Hana and/or SAP MDG.
Demonstrated ability to lead process harmonization, compliance, and continuous improvement across functions and regions.
Background in Supply Chain or Finance within Consumer-Packaged Goods sector preferred.
