Lead strategic IT infrastructure projects from initiation through implementation to business-as-usual, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, RAID logs, schedules, and resource plans in coordination with cross-functional teams, including remote and on-site resources.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and lead Steering Committee meetings to ensure alignment and oversight.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT project management.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects.
Work Environment: Remote work allowed with periodic onsite presence at IT Delivery Center as needed.
Experience managing IT infrastructure-related projects.
Experienced in coordinating cross-functional and remote teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
Familiar with project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2 preferred) and ITIL, Agile practices.
Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in fast-paced IT infrastructure environments with compliance and governance focus.
