Lead and manage SAP technical teams across Basis, Development, and Functional areas, ensuring strong team leadership.
Oversee end-to-end SAP S4HANA implementation, upgrade, and migration projects including planning, delivery, budget, and resource management.
Provide technical solution design, manage stakeholder communications, and drive continuous process improvements in SAP operations.
12-14 years of hands-on experience in SAP Implementation/AMS projects.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SAP S4HANA, ABAP on HANA, OOP programming, RICEF objects, Output Management, and OData/Gateway implementations.
Experience with standard and custom Fiori Apps (UI5) and technical oversight of SAP systems including ECC and S/4HANA.
Educational qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MCA degree.
Experienced in managing multiple SAP technical disciplines (Basis, Development, Functional) and leading cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practical experience in project financial management and support process awareness.
Capable of independently managing customer relationships including working with Global Competency Centers (GCC) and local clients.
