Design, develop, configure, test, and support Salesforce solutions focusing on Service Cloud, Health Cloud, REMS, and Engagement Center platforms.
Support and automate key business processes such as case management, patient and HCP workflows, enrollment, and REMS operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including senior engineers, product owners, QA, validation, and operations to deliver maintainable and secure Salesforce enhancements.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development or administration experience, including hands-on work with Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and platform configuration.
Experience supporting Service Cloud, Health Cloud, or similar CRM business processes and troubleshooting Salesforce production issues.

Experienced with regulated workflows in healthcare, life sciences, patient services, or contact center environments, preferably with REMS knowledge.
Proficient in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to translate business requirements into maintainable Salesforce solutions under regulated standards.
Familiarity with Salesforce certifications and modern development/deployment tools such as Azure DevOps, SFDX, and Git is preferred but not mandatory.
