Lead and manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle for Power Management System (PMS) projects, including technical proposals, FEED, site surveys, and pre-FEED studies.
Provide engineering leadership and delivery for large, complex PMS project work packages from design through implementation and commissioning, ensuring technical excellence, schedule adherence, and cost-effective execution.
Establish engineering governance, standards, and manage technical interfaces across disciplines and stakeholders globally, acting as the single point of contact for Local Divisions and project teams during pre-sales, bid, and project phases.
12–15 years experience in power management systems or industrial automation.
5–7 years in a team lead or management role with direct responsibility for engineering teams.
Experience managing bids/proposals for complex PMS, ECS, or automation projects and knowledge of FEED, site surveys, and pre-engineering study phases.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
Proven experience leading large project work packages for complex PMS or related automation systems in global or cross-functional teams.
Strong background in bid and engineering management with ability to align technical and commercial strategies across global stakeholders.
Preferably has exposure to Oil & Gas, Marine, Mining, or Process Industries sectors.
