Lead the SAP technical development and manage technical architecture across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5 and integration technologies including PI/PO and Integration Suite.
Provide technical leadership and governance, oversee SAP Basis operations, system upgrades, and ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and audit requirements.
Manage SAP technical project delivery including planning, budgeting, risk and resource management, and drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with business goals.

Experienced in managing end-to-end SAP technical architecture and operations in complex, integrated ERP environments within regulated industries, preferably life sciences or medical devices.
Skilled in cross-functional solution governance and vendor/stakeholder management across global, distributed teams.
Demonstrates strong technical expertise across SAP business processes (SD, MM, WM, PP, FI/CO) and hands-on knowledge of both development and Basis functions to ensure system performance and stability.
