Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, SysOps, DevOps, and Administration teams in cloud-centric automotive IoT environments.
Proven ability to manage high-severity incident triage and root cause analysis within strict SLAs, demonstrating operational ownership in SRE.
Skilled in automation leadership and mentoring support personnel to enhance operational efficiency and reduce technical escalations.
