Perform end-to-end testing of North American payment systems including ACH, Wire, Fedwire, SWIFT, Cards, RTP/Zelle.
Design, develop, and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT test cases along with building/maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium, REST Assured, Cypress, or Playwright.
Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, NACHA, and AML/KYC standards; support CI/CD integration using Jenkins or Azure DevOps; track/manage defects using JIRA and perform root cause analysis.
7+ years of QA experience in North American Banking & Payments domain.
Hands-on experience with payment systems testing (ACH, Wire Transfers, Fedwire, SWIFT, Cards, RTP/Zelle).
Strong test automation skills using Selenium, REST Assured, Cypress, or Playwright.
Strong knowledge of SQL, API testing, Agile methodologies, and familiarity with PCI DSS, NACHA, AML/KYC compliance.
Experienced in working collaboratively in Agile/Scrum teams with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product teams.
Comfortable owning full testing lifecycle including automation and performance testing with tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
Demonstrates accountability for product quality and process improvements within complex payment ecosystems.
