Define and own quality standards throughout product development from ideation to launch, partnering closely with Product Managers.
Develop, maintain, and automate AI-driven test suites and lightweight scripts (preferably in Python) to ensure product stability, including API testing, mocking, and load generation.
Monitor CI/CD pipelines and live production metrics to identify and address issues promptly, enabling confident product releases and rapid response to post-launch problems.
Bachelor’s degree in BE/BTech in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
1-4 years of hands-on experience in software testing or QA with a focus beyond manual checkbox testing, embracing AI-driven automation.
Proficiency in at least one programming language for automation (Python preferred; JavaScript or Java acceptable).
Experience with AI-based testing tools or willingness to rapidly adopt new AI QA platforms.
Comfortable translating ambiguous product requirements into clear, testable criteria and communicating effectively with both engineers and product teams.
Demonstrated experience or strong interest in AI-first testing approaches to reduce regression efforts and improve automation coverage.
Capable of investigative exploratory testing using real production data and logs, with strong attention to detail on UI accuracy and performance metrics.
