Own and lead the enterprise-wide expansion of the PHOENIX Slow Moving Inventory Reuse Programme across all product lines, driving adoption of the Smart Pick digital platform and meeting reuse, reserve-savings, and CO₂ reduction targets.

Preferred certifications: PMP/PGMP, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or Certified Supply Chain Professional; Industry experience in energy, oil & gas, rotating equipment, or heavy manufacturing preferred.
Experienced senior program manager with proven ability to manage large-scale, complex, cross-functional programmes involving multiple stakeholders and geographies.
Strong expertise in Lean management and continuous improvement to drive cultural transformation towards reuse-first thinking.
Digitally fluent with ability to drive adoption and enhancement of digital tools (Power Apps, Power BI) and use data-driven decision making to meet operational and financial targets.
