Own and lead the enterprise-wide expansion of the PHOENIX Slow Moving Inventory Reuse Programme, driving reuse value, reserve savings, and CO₂ reduction targets across all product lines.
Act as the primary cross-functional connector among Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Leadership, and Digital teams to ensure programme delivers measurable EBITDA improvement and operational excellence.

Strong background in Digital Transformation, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering (mechanical/industrial preferred).
Certifications such as PMP/PGMP, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or CSCP preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced in managing large-scale, cross-functional programmes with multiple stakeholders and geographies.
Proficient in Lean principles and driving cultural transformation towards reuse-first and continuous improvement methodologies.
Digitally fluent with experience in Power Apps, Power BI, data analytics, and translating user needs into digital workflow enhancements.
