Facilitate and time-box all Scrum ceremonies ensuring productive, value-driven Agile delivery aligned with MCP ways of working.
Identify and remove impediments, manage risks and cross-team dependencies to maintain delivery momentum and transparent reporting using Agile metrics.
Coach and foster Agile teams to operate with accountability and self-organisation, act as liaison between delivery teams and stakeholders, and uphold governance and compliance standards.
Work Experience Required: Proven experience as Scrum Master in complex technology delivery environments.
Mandatory Skills: Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles; experience with Jira or equivalent Agile tooling; facilitation and coaching skills.
Certifications: Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe SSM) is required.

Experienced in managing complex multi-disciplinary Agile teams, including coordination with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Architects, and Release teams.
Demonstrated ability to use Agile metrics and reporting for delivery health and risk management.
Proficient in driving Agile transformation and continuous improvement in a regulated corporate environment with strong governance and compliance focus.
