Lead and execute manual and automated testing of voice and data protocols across ONTs, OLTs, and modems.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python, Robot Framework, or Abacus within voice protocol frameworks (SIP, MGCP, H.248).
Write test plans, perform regression and release testing, debug issues, and collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality product releases.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Networking and Voice technology.

Experienced in telecom voice and data protocol testing with strong analytical and debugging skills specifically in complex lab and field scenarios.
Proficient in automation scripting and maintaining test frameworks focused on voice protocols.
Able to work effectively within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to continuous process improvements in testing methodologies.
