Lead end-to-end planning, design, and execution of data migration strategies across enterprise applications and databases.
Develop and manage migration artifacts including source-to-target mapping, runbooks, cutover plans, rollback procedures, and schedules to ensure minimal business disruption during cutover.
Build and optimize migration utilities, automation frameworks, and scripts to handle large-scale data sets and resolve migration-related data quality issues.
6–12+ years of experience in Data Migration, Data Engineering, ETL Development, or Database Administration.
Proficient with ETL/ELT processes, data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
Hands-on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB, MongoDB or other NoSQL databases; strong SQL, Python, shell scripting skills; knowledge of Apache NiFi, Talend, Pentaho, Apache Airflow, Debezium, Kafka, and Spark.

Comfortable working with large-scale structured, semi-structured, and legacy datasets, with strong troubleshooting and migration lifecycle management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, data architects, application teams, and project managers under hybrid/remote working models.
