Own setup and dynamic maintenance of master data objects related to manufacturing sites, including control cycles, routings, scrap factors, and cycle times.
Analyze production data to lead continuous improvement initiatives and reconcile invoicing and production variances.
Develop and support reporting (BW reports) and statistical analyses for plant KPIs, supplier performance, and business stability metrics; investigate SAP posting errors and manage inventory reconciliations.
Bachelor's degree required; supply chain management preferred but other disciplines accepted with relevant experience.
5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment within a supply chain role with strong knowledge of SAP master data management.
Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is mandatory.
Willingness to work US shift hours (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM) as per job requirement.
Experienced in manufacturing supply chain roles with deep expertise in SAP master data setup and maintenance.
Capable of using statistical process control (SPC) tools and leading root cause analyses (RCAs) for continuous improvement.
Comfortable interacting with multiple teams globally and managing data-driven initiatives to improve manufacturing metrics.
