Provide Tier 3 support, troubleshooting, and incident management for IAM services including authentication, access control, certificate services, and PAM solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of IT experience with focus on IAM and security solutions.
5+ years Tier 3 experience managing Active Directory and EntraID (Azure AD) implementations.
Strong technical knowledge required: Active Directory, EntraID (Azure AD), LDAP, PKI, SSO, MFA, scripting (PowerShell/Python/Java).
Expertise in Active Directory and Azure AD environments with strong understanding of IAM governance, compliance, and privileged access management.
Experience working in complex hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud), preferably including AWS and PAM technologies like CyberArk.
Proven ability to lead IAM projects from concept to completion, providing SME guidance and collaborating cross-functionally with IT, security, and compliance teams.
