Lead and manage a global team to support sustainability data management, reporting, analytics, and tool development across HPE Operations.
Drive execution of sustainability reporting and emissions measurement across manufacturing, logistics, packaging, supplier operations, and purchased goods & services.
Develop and operationalize sustainability data platforms and scalable processes for data collection, governance, and reporting, enabling reduction of carbon emissions aligned to HPE’s climate goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Experienced leader capable of managing cross-functional global teams and complex sustainability programs involving data analytics and digital transformation.
Strategic thinker with ability to translate sustainability data into executive insights and drive operational carbon reduction initiatives.
Proficient in stakeholder management across business units including Operations, Corporate Sustainability, Digital Transformation, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
