Build and deploy NLP solutions that extract intents, entities, and features from unstructured text such as chat transcripts and user comments using both traditional NLP models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Own end-to-end development including research, fine-tuning pre-trained NLP models, conducting statistical analysis, and maintaining code quality across software lifecycle stages (design, testing, deployment, maintenance).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solution roadmaps, integrate software components, and support generative AI development using cloud platforms and advanced NLP techniques.
16-20 years experience with deep learning frameworks such as Keras, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
Consulting experience of at least 3 years in Financial Services or Banking domain.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and NLP tools including Gensim, spaCy, Stanford NLP, and HuggingFace.
Education: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related technical degree or equivalent.
Experienced in building and deploying production-grade NLP and generative AI solutions, including expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, and cloud AI services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Strong program and project management skills with ability to handle multiple workstreams and manage client relationships in financial services.
Proven ability to align technical NLP developments with business value creation, revenue management, and client account growth.
