Own and execute software installation activities including new installations, upgrades, patch installations, and deployments across multiple customer environments (DEV, VAL, PROD).
Manage Installation Qualification (IQ) documentation and ensure compliance with regulated software environments and quality standards.
Troubleshoot installation and deployment issues including detailed root cause analysis and coordinating with internal teams and customers to resolve technical problems.
4–5 years of experience in technical support, application engineering, software troubleshooting, or installation/deployment activities.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience with SQL Server, Windows Server, IIS, system configuration, and multi-environment software deployment.
Strong familiarity with IQ documentation, validation processes, regulated software environments, and enterprise software lifecycle processes.
Experienced in handling complex installations and deployments in regulated life sciences software environments requiring compliance and validation rigor.
Able to independently manage installation workflows, technical troubleshooting, and documentation while coordinating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Capable of mentoring junior team members, performing code reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement of installation and deployment processes.
