Own the end-to-end data workstream for transitioning clients by defining project plans, dependencies, timelines, and providing regular status updates to the Transition Team.
Perform data quality assessments on client/incumbent data against JLL standards and consolidate/standardize data attributes.
Document current data environment, business processes, and requirements; recommend and implement data governance and data quality solutions with stakeholders including clients and internal teams.
Minimum 3 years experience querying data with SQL and working with SQL Server.
At least 3 years data management experience including Data Analysis, Data Governance, or Data Quality, preferably in commercial real estate management.
At least 2 years business analyst experience including gathering and developing comprehensive business requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, MIS, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred; role is on-site in Bengaluru, KA, India.
Experience working in data governance within commercial real estate or similar regulated, complex data environments.
Ability to manage projects end-to-end including stakeholder management and documentation of data standards and business processes.
Comfortable working with large data sets, data lifecycle management, and applying regulatory or compliance data requirements.
