Independently test, validate, and perform FAT for pharmaceutical equipment including granulation, dryers, material handling with electrical control panels, PLC/HMI software.
Develop and maintain testing and validation procedures and as-built documentation throughout equipment lifecycle as OEM in industrial settings.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers during equipment assembly, testing, commissioning, and operational qualification on site if required.
Graduate degree in Instrumentation & Control, Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
4-5 years total experience as Industrial Automation and Controls Engineer with minimum 3 years relevant experience in automation testing and validation.
Proficient in Siemens PLC programming (TIA Portal V12-V21), and knowledge of electrical control panel design and components.
Willingness to travel 20-30% nationally and internationally for FAT, commissioning, and qualification.
Strong background combining hardware and software understanding in industrial automation for pharma equipment validation.
Experience independently managing FAT sessions and troubleshooting electrical/software issues under pharma regulatory standards (CE, UL, 21 CFR Part 11).
Comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors with good process knowledge and agility in resolving technical challenges.
