Accountable for manual and automated RPA testing on UiPath for desktop, Mainframe, and web applications in a US insurance domain environment.
Design and execute test strategies and cases for complex business problems related to Robotic Process Automation, including creating test data in Guardian base systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure RPA bot quality, report defects via JIRA, document changes, and support user training and RPA adoption.
3 to 5 years total work experience, with at least 2 years in RPA testing (manual or automated).
Basic university degree mandatory.
Mandatory US insurance domain knowledge relevant to RPA testing on UiPath and AWS cloud servers.
Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA defect lifecycle, and clear business communication skills.
Experienced in RPA test strategy design and collaboration with multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Strong conceptual and analytical skills to diagnose technical and functional challenges within UiPath platform implementations.
Capable of delivering project quality metrics, conducting retrospectives, and driving RPA user training and adoption initiatives.
