Experienced in managing cross-functional engineering teams with deep familiarity in credit card/financial services technology products and agile product delivery.
Technically hands-on product leader comfortable evaluating technical tradeoffs and leveraging AI-assisted development tools.
Skilled in stakeholder management with ability to drive alignment across engineering, architecture, security, operations, and business functions and deliver measurable outcomes.
