Gather and analyze business and regulatory requirements related to privacy and governance in BFSI environments, translating them into functional specifications, BRD/FRD, and user stories.
Lead stakeholder management, conduct workshops, and validate requirements across business, IT, and compliance teams, ensuring alignment and end-to-end traceability of integration needs (CBS, CRM, HRMS, APIs).
Develop strong documentation including SOPs, test scenarios, use cases, and audit/compliance artifacts; coordinate Agile/Scrum activities, backlog management, and UAT processes.
5–7+ years of experience in infrastructure administration, server management, and data center operations, preferably in BFSI or regulated environments.
Graduate degree in any discipline; experience in privacy consulting and privacy operations solution design, implementation & management.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as DPDP, RBI guidelines, ISO 27001, and knowledge of DPDP modules (consent management, DPRM, DPIA, ROPA, breach management).
Hands-on experience with DC/DR setup, OS administration (Linux/Windows), virtualization platforms, and backup/recovery, monitoring, incident/problem (L2) management.
Experienced in bridging business, regulatory, and technical teams with strong stakeholder management and requirement validation skills in BFSI or privacy-centric projects.
Comfortable working within Agile/Scrum frameworks and managing end-to-end solution documentation and compliance artifacts.
Capable of handling complex integration requirements and ensuring traceability across multiple enterprise systems in regulated environments.
